Below you will find the Declaration of Convenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Bylaws of the Oak Forest Homeowners' Assocation Inc. for the Oak Forest Subdivision. A few key points from the restrictions:
- Annual Dues of $120.00
- Minimum Home Size for Lots 15-37 is 1350 sq ft living area and minimum home size for Lots 1-14, 38-40 is 1700 sq ft living area with a minimum attached 2 car garage
- Detached storage and other outbuildings are permitted if it matches the exsisting primary residence exterior facade and approved by the ARB.
- No chain link fences are allowed
- Boats and RV's must be parked in the rear of the property so it is not visable from the street
- Vegetation Buffers as depicted on the Plat shall be preserved
